Last Sunday we’d just returned from a lovely family break to Devon and Cornwall. We were lucky enough to be invited to a wedding in Ilfracombe so it seemed like the perfect excuse to visit the in-laws in Devon and enjoy a few extra days all together.

Seems crazy that our wedding day was five years ago. I can still remember clearly how I felt that morning and how I liked to swoosh around in my dress.
The weather in the UK is beautiful at the moment so I’m definitely going to take full advantage whilst on maternity leave.
Last week our family visited Longleat Center Parcs for the first time. It seemed like the perfect holiday for the three of us. Somewhere we could relax, have fun and spend quality time together.
Easter Sunday is an odd one. A lot of places are closed and with the kids off school everywhere that is open is heaving. The weather had been pretty unpredictable over Easter bank holiday this year however we thought we’d try our luck and venture out to Bucklebury anyway.
It was a sunny Saturday and we were feeling spontaneous and outdoorsy (if that’s even a word…). There’s a few parks and farms local to the Berkshire area and most were still offering reduced off-peak entry so we thought we’d try out Wellington country park.
Easter is a festival and holiday celebrating the resurrection of Jesus from the dead. Believed to be a religious and important time of the year that it warrants not one bank holidays but two! Yes every year the UK as well as many other countries gives workers two days off ‘Good Friday’ and ‘Easter Monday’.
